Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the EGD PR Triage service provided by Eden's Grace Digital, LLC ("we," "us"). By requesting a pilot or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
We review public pull requests in the repositories you choose, score each one on our published rubric, and send you reports with draft feedback. Scores are advisory and describe a submission, never a person. You decide what, if anything, to do with them.
Free pilot
The free pilot lasts 30 days and covers one public repository and up to 50 pull requests. It includes a weekly report and an end-of-pilot review. No payment details are required. The pilot ends automatically after 30 days. It does not turn into a paid plan, and Eden's Grace Digital, LLC will never charge you unless you sign or approve a separate written order in writing. Either side may end the pilot at any time.
Access and permissions
We use read-only access to public repository data and do not require write tokens. We post to your repository only with your written permission. You may withdraw it at any time by email, and we will remove our posted comments within 1 business day of your request.
Your responsibilities
Only submit repositories you maintain or are authorized to represent, and follow your project's own contribution and AI policies when acting on our feedback. The service is currently offered only to maintainers and projects based in the United States.
Paid plans
Paid plans (currently $49, $149, or $299 per month) are available only through a separate written order that you sign or approve in writing before any charge. The order states the plan, the total recurring price, the billing date and frequency, the length of the term, whether and how the plan renews, and how to cancel. Nothing on this website charges you or collects payment details. We will not charge you without your express written consent.
Renewal: If your order provides for automatic renewal, it will say so clearly in the order. Unless you cancel, the plan renews for the period stated in the order at the price stated in the order. If your order has a term of 12 months or more and renews for more than one month, we will send you a written or electronic notice 30 to 60 days before the cancellation deadline. The notice will tell you that the plan will renew unless you cancel and how to cancel. We will give you written notice of any price change before it takes effect, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
Cancellation: You may cancel a paid plan at any time, in any of these ways: (1) by using the cancellation form at /cancel; (2) by emailing edensgracedigitalllc@gmail.com with "Cancel" in the subject line; or (3) by replying "cancel" to any invoice we send you. We will confirm your cancellation in writing within 2 business days. Your service continues through the end of the current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again after you cancel. If we end your paid plan for reasons other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees.
Suspending or ending the service
You may stop using the service at any time by emailing edensgracedigitalllc@gmail.com. We may suspend or end the service, in whole or in part, at any time. Where practical, we will give you notice first. We may suspend immediately if we reasonably believe the service is being used unlawfully, in breach of these terms, for a repository you are not authorized to represent, or in a way that puts the service, other users, or third parties at risk. If we end a paid plan for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused period. After the service ends, sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including No Warranty, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Disputes.
No warranty
THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL SCORES, REPORTS, AND DRAFT FEEDBACK, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SCORES ARE ADVISORY AND ARE NOT A GUARANTEE OF CODE QUALITY, SECURITY, LICENSE COMPLIANCE, OR FITNESS FOR ANY USE. EDEN'S GRACE DIGITAL, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL DETECT EVERY ISSUE. ALL DECISIONS ABOUT YOUR PROJECT REMAIN YOURS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) EDEN'S GRACE DIGITAL, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (1) THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (2) $100. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT.
Informal dispute resolution
If you have a dispute with us, please first email edensgracedigitalllc@gmail.com with a short description of the issue and the outcome you want. We will both try in good faith to resolve it informally for 30 days after the notice is received. Neither side will start a lawsuit during that period, except to seek urgent relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information, or to preserve a claim that would otherwise expire.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute is not resolved informally, it will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Florida, and both sides consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either side may instead bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If you have an active pilot or paid plan, we will email you about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Changes to price, renewal, or cancellation terms for a paid plan apply only after you agree to them in writing. Changes do not apply to disputes that arose before the change.
