Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Eden's Grace Digital, LLC ("we," "us") handles information for the EGD PR Triage service.
What we collect
From the pilot request: your name, email address, and repository URL. From the cancellation form: your email address and repository URL. When you submit a form on this site, including the pilot request and cancellation forms, your entries are sent to us and recorded with the date and time of submission. From your repository: public pull request data that anyone can already view. We use read-only access and do not require write tokens. If you sign a paid order, we also keep the billing contact and order details needed to invoice you.
How we use it
We use this information to set up and run your pilot or plan, to score pull requests and prepare draft feedback and reports, and to contact you about your service, including the end-of-pilot review. We do not use it for advertising.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We disclose it only (1) to service providers that help us run the service and process it on our behalf, namely Google LLC (Gmail and Google Apps Script), which receives and stores form submissions on our behalf, our website hosting provider Grok Build, and, for paid plans only, our payment or invoicing provider Stripe; (2) when required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others; or (3) with your written permission, for example when we post feedback to your repository at your request. Our service providers must protect your information and may use it only to provide services to us.
Our services are offered only in the United States, and we store and process information in the United States.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and operations.
Retention
We keep pilot request details and pilot reports for up to 12 months after your pilot or plan ends, and then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We keep billing and order records for paid plans as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices: access and deletion
You can stop your pilot at any time. To ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email edensgracedigitalllc@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. We may keep information that we are legally required to keep.
Children
The service is intended for businesses and adult software maintainers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access limited to the people who need it, account security such as two-step verification, and read-only repository access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will email active users before it takes effect.
